TSi Construction is an award winning family owned business with over 15 years experience with every size project. Whether you're looking to build a new home, rehab one you've already bought, remodel a specific room, or get some advice on a project, TSi can do it all. We pay special attention to quality as well as your budget.
Dave, owner and president, started TSi Construction after negative experiences with general contractors. He wanted to make the process as smooth as possible for his customers. By choosing a network of trusted subcontractors, we have 100% satisfaction from our homeowners.
Our Goals
1. Understand. Every family is different. TSI does not pretend to know what motivates you to build or what preferences your family may have. But, we promise to find out. By listening well, TSI can read between the lines and uncover homeowners' priorities, then couple that with our experience to achieve the best possible home for our customer. Our consultative process focuses on understanding because that's where criteria for satisfaction are determined.
2. Maximize. There are several areas that TSI seeks to maximize: flexibility, innovation, savings, satisfaction, quality. Most of all, however, we want to achieve the most value for your dollar. Building a home is a tug-of-war between luxury and cost, and our mission is to give our homeowners the best of both worlds. All of our homes are high quality yet economical.
3. Support. Construction projects are usually complicated. We understand that it takes time to develop an understanding of the process, and that's why we act as a support team in many different ways. For homeowners, we simplify the process; for remodelers, we focus our efforts, and for do-it-yourself projects, we explain unknowns. This philosophy leads to a smooth construction project that is understandable, comfortable, and guaranteed for TSI customers.

TSi Construction supports Alicia's House. Alicia's House provides food, at no cost, to low income residents of Crete, Beecher, Steger, Monee, University Park, and South Chicago Heights.
TSi is also proud to support Exceptional Children's Charities. ECC provides aid to families who have a child with disabilities. They also serve the south suburbs.
