The Ashton4 Bedrooms | 2750 square feet
The Ashton is the perfect all-in-one custom home. Four bedrooms means there will be room for all of your loved ones. It's also perfect for entertaining, with a large eat-in kitchen that looks directly into the family room. Relax in comfort with the wrap around porch on this custom house plan. Above all, treat yourself! The Master Bedroom features an elegant Master Bath with whirlpool tub and a walk in closet to complement the spacious bedroom. Of course, this house plan can be easily edited to better fit your family's needs.
The Diane3-4 Bedrooms | 2600 square feet
This one story house plan is an entertainer's dream. With a kitchen that leads into the family room and overlooks the back porch, this house plan is designed with party dynamics in mind. In addition, the bedrooms surround the family area, adding to the cozy feeling of The Diane. This house plan also spares no luxuries; the walk-in master closet and bonus room make this one story house plan seem as big as traditional homes. If you entertain, this house plan is for you.
The Gage4 Bedrooms | 2400 square feet
This custom home is the coziest that TSI offers. The most unique feature of this house plan is a Master bedroom on the first floor; parents can separate their space from the kids, who have a loft area to accompany the three bedrooms on the second floor. The kitchen opens up into a breakfast nook, complete with a snack bar. A family room with tall ceilings and a fireplace complete the comfortable tone of the community areas. A formal dining room and covered porch complete this family-oriented floor plan. The Gage is a must-see if you have children.
The Raintree3 Bedrooms | 1800 square feet
Although the Raintree is a one story house plan, it has every feature that our two story home plans offer. With three bedrooms, a dining room and a breakfast nook, the Raintree does not spare any luxury. Entertaining is easy with a large great room with high ceilings. For those who relax outdoors, both the front and the back yards have a covered porch.

The Vincent4 Bedrooms | 2100 square feet
